RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS
When you complete the Vacation Rental Reservation Form. Upon receipt of your reservation request, we will e-mail you  a confirmation and all the details you need to know.If you wish to correspond with us and need more information click here to email us.

Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit.

The 100% of your payment will hold your unit.

We recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance

Payment may be made in credit card (Mastercard,Visa or American Express)

CANCELLATIONS
Refunds for cancellations will be processed specifically as outlined below.Sorry no exceptions and cancellation fees are strictly enforced.To protect against cancellation caused by unforeseen events such as illness, strikes, weather, acts of GOD, Etc., we recommendyou purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance to insure a refund of your payment.

CANCELLATION FEES

• 50% of the Condo Hotel rental price if the cancellation is received 60 days prior to the beginning of the rental period.
• 20% of the Condo Hotel rental price if the cancellation is received between the 59th and the 30th Day prior to the beginning to the rental period.
• The total Condo Hotel rental price will be forfeited for any cancellations received after the 30th day prior to the beginning to the rental period.We will make every attempt to rent the unit if you must cancel between the 59th day and your arrival date.If we are successful we will refund 50% of the hotel rental price and apply it towards a credit for another hotel rental period.

SECURITY DEPOSITS
A $300.00 security deposit on your credit card will be required upon arrival. Excessive cleaning including upholstery, breakage, soiling or damage to the interior or exterior caused by the renter may be subject to additional fees to the renter. You are required to leave the unit as you received it.

NO REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
Neither rentalcondoscancun.com nor its affiliated entities warrant or make any representations of any kind with respect to the materials and information contained on this Site. Your use of this Site is at your own risk. Although rentalcondoscancun.com attempts to provide accurate information, this Site is intended to be for general reference and informational purposes only.
